To best serve all of our clients & patients, we will be updating our cancellation and appointment no-show policy. To be respectful of the medical needs of our community, please call promptly if you are unable to attend your pet’s appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you call or email our team a minimum of 12 hours in advance. When missed appointments occur it affects other patients who need veterinary care. Appointments are in high demand, and your timely cancelation will give another patient access to our medical care.
What Is Considered A Missed Appointment?
1. Failing to show up to your pet’s appointment entirely.
2. Failing to call or email 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment.
A fee of $65.00 will be charged for missed appointments.
