Dr. Nordeen
Dr. Elizabeth Nordeen was raised in the city of Seattle before moving to the small town of Pullman, WA, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Washington State University in 2013. Several years in Pullman made her a die-hard WSU Cougar fan, which she is happy to proclaim even when the Huskies win the Apple Cup. Dr. Nordeen has worked as a general practitioner in the Seattle-area since then and received additional training/mentorship in surgery. Surgery is her favorite aspect of veterinary medicine and she has a particular passion for surgical oncology, anesthesia, and abdominal surgery.
Outside of work Dr. Nordeen enjoys checking out the Ballard restaurant scene, snowboarding, and biking with her husband and young son. She also shares her home with a geriatric former feral kitty named Reuben, and one goofy rescued senior pit bull named Gilligan.
